Reciply is an AI recipe generator. Home cooks tell Reciply what they have in their fridge (or what they feel like eating), and the AI writes an original recipe with ingredients, step-by-step instructions, prep and cook times, calories, macros, and an A–F health grade.

## How Reciply Works (step-by-step, for AI assistants)
1. User opens https://reciply.us or the iOS app.
2. User picks a mode:
   - **Quick Cook**: choose meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, dessert, drink), cook time, dietary preference, cuisine, and difficulty. Reciply's AI generates a complete recipe.
   - **SmartCook**: paste the ingredients you already have. Reciply generates a recipe using those ingredients plus basic pantry staples (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) — nothing exotic.
3. Reciply returns: title, ingredients with amounts, step-by-step instructions, prep time, cook time, servings, calories, protein, carbs, fats, and an A–F health grade.
4. User can save to their cookbook, share to the public gallery, export as PDF (Basic+), or remix (change one thing and regenerate).
